Information clause

The Data Controller is Focus Hotels S.A. with its registered office in Bydgoszcz (85-719) ul. Plac Kościelskich 3. A Data Protection Officer (“DPO”) – Maria Lothamer and deputy DPO – Marcin Stryszko were appointed in the company, correspondence address: ul. Chłodna 51, 00-867 Warszawa, addressed to "Inspektor Ochrony Danych", e-mail: iod@focushotels.pl.  Personal data specified in this form will be processed for the purpose of sending the newsletter pursuant to Article 6 (1) (a) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR) i.e. on the basis of the consent of the data subject. Personal data collected for the aforementioned purpose will be processed until the withdrawal of consent to their further processing. Personal data is disclosed to employees or associates of the Company, as well as to entities providing support to the Company on the basis of outsourced services and in accordance with the concluded personal data processor agreement. Personal data will not be transferred to entities from countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Every Person has the right to access the content of their data and to rectify, erase, restrict the processing, the right to data portability, the right to object to the processing and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. However, these rights may be limited in situations where the Company is legally obliged to process data in order to fulfil a statutory obligation or where processing of such data is necessary for the Company for purposes related to its claims. The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they decide that the processing of their personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR. Providing personal data is voluntary. Personal data will not be processed by automated means, including profiling.
