We are trusted by the world's largest corporations, which account for the majority of contracts. Focus Hotels increases the number of contractors it cooperates with every year. In the next year, the number of contracts is planned to increase by 20%. One of the elements that will enable us to achieve this is the introduction of modern tools for contracting global companies through RFP. The sales force at Focus Hotels is divided into the Central Sales Office and sales departments in hotels. The division of responsibilities into active and reactive sellers is clearly defined, which promotes work efficiency. The entire process is supervised by the Central Sales Office, setting the course of action and verifying their effects. At the same time, Central Office employees are responsible for acquiring and taking care of the most important clients.
"REGULAR TRAINING AND MENTORING" Training is a permanent element of activities undertaken by the Central Sales Office. Group training courses are organized once a quarter, and their main topic is improving sales skills. Issues aimed at improving the quality of work, such as team building or conflict resolution skills, are always taken up. Trainings are conducted by experienced people from inside the company from various departments and professional trainers from external companies.
