Thanks to this, we can be sure that all employee matters are conducted in accordance with the requirements of the legislator and the standards prevailing in the Capital Group, and the staff we employ is competent and qualified.
In order to create the best staff on the local market, the HR department recruits and selects employees based on the latest industry techniques. The result is the employment of people suitable for a given position in terms of personality traits and the characteristics of the position itself. We believe in development within the organization, which is why we usually open internal recruitment first. The human resources department is responsible for maintaining employee documentation, recording and settling working time, and administering the periodic employee evaluation system.
