PERSONAL DATA CONTROLLER
- The controller of your personal data is FOCUS HOTELS S.A. with its registered office at 3 Kościeleckich Street, 85-033 Bydgoszcz (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller").

PURPOSE, SCOPE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
- Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- taking part in the ongoing recruitment process (the purpose is the ongoing recruitment process leading to the conclusion of an employment contract), pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR in conjunction with Article 22(1) § 1 of the Labour Code, but only to the extent that the data covered by this provision has been provided, i.e.: name(s) and surname, date of birth, contact details indicated by the candidate and education, professional qualifications and employment history, if they are necessary for the employer to perform a specific type of work or in a specific position,
- taking part in the ongoing recruitment process (the purpose is the ongoing recruitment process that leads to the conclusion of an employment contract), providing other data during the recruitment process than those listed above – the legal basis for the processing of such data is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, i.e. the consent of the data subject,
- taking part in the ongoing recruitment process (the purpose is the ongoing recruitment process that leads to the conclusion of a contract other than an employment contract), pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, i.e. the consent of the data subject, as the Labour Code does not apply,
- take part in other recruitment processes (the purpose is future recruitment processes), on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, i.e. the consent of the data subject,
- pursuing, establishing or defending the Controller's claims – pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (the indicated purpose is a legitimate interest pursued by the Controller).
- The Controller informs that in the case of consent, it may be revoked at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the validity of the processing that took place before the withdrawal of consent. The lack of consent or its withdrawal may not be the basis for unfavourable treatment of the person participating in the recruitment process and may not cause any negative consequences, in particular it may not constitute a reason justifying the refusal to employ or establish cooperation.
RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
- Access to your personal data will be granted to authorized personnel of the Controller and entities providing support to the Controller on the basis of commissioned services, in accordance with concluded agreements (i.e. recruitment, HR and accounting, legal consultancy, IT and technical support services).
PERIOD OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
- Your personal data will not be stored longer than necessary, i.e. for a period not longer than the duration of the current recruitment process, and in the case of consent to participate in future recruitment processes, for a period not longer than 1 year from the date of data collection.
- The retention period may be extended, if applicable, in connection with the assertion, determination or defence of civil law claims, until the statute of limitations expires.
- Data processed on the basis of consent will be stored until it is withdrawn.
YOUR RIGHTS IN RELATION TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
- You have the right to:
- request access to your personal data, rectification, deletion or restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out before its withdrawal,
- if the basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of the Controller – object to the processing of personal data at any time for reasons related to your particular situation,
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, at the following address: 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw.
INFORMATION ON DATA PROCESSING
- Providing data in the job application is voluntary, but necessary in order to participate in the current recruitment process and possibly future recruitments, because without personal data we are not able to properly carry out the recruitment process.
- Your personal data will not be used for profiling or automated decision-making.
- The Controller does not intend to transfer your data outside the European Economic Area or to international organizations.
