The world’s largest corporations trusted us, which account for the majority of our contracts. Focus Hotels increases the number of its business partners each year. Next year, we plan to increase the number of contracts by approx. 20%. One of the factors that will enable us to achieve this is the introduction of modern tools for contracting global companies through RFP. The sales force of Focus Hotels is divided into the Central Sales Office and sales departments of individual hotels. The division of duties into active and reactive sellers is clearly defined, which serves the effectiveness of work. The entire process is supervised by the Central Sales Office, which sets the course of action and verifies its effects. At the same time, the employees of the Central Office are engaged in acquiring and taking care of the most important clients.
Group trainings are organised on a quarterly basis, and they are mainly devoted to improvement of sales skills. They also always aim at improving the quality of work, for example through team building and conflict resolution skills. The trainings are conducted by experienced employees of the company from various departments and professional instructors from external companies.
